Nepal AOTS “BO-NEN-KAI - ‘09 Lunch Program”

Nepal AOTS is very much grateful for your kind support and help. We are going to organize the

annual BO-NEN-KAI 2009 party at The Tea House, Nagarkot for a change.

You along with family are requested to attend the yearly BO-NEN-KAI 2009 party scheduled as follows:

Venue : The Tea House, Nagarkot

Date : 26th December 2009, Saturday.

Time : 09:00 ~ 18:00

Participation Charge: Single Rs. 800.00

Couple Rs. 1600.00

Transportation Charge: Rs. 200.00 per person. (Only for those using the Shuttle Bus Service)

The Program is as follows:

Time	Shuttle Bus service is available, by booking for those who are not using their own vehicle.
09:00	Pick up at Hotel Ambassador, Lazimpat
09:15	Pick up at Bhadrakali Temple
09:30	Pick up at Hotel Everest, New Baneswor
09:30	Start to Nagarkot by Bus
11:00	Arrive at The Tea House, Nagarkot – Welcome Tea.
11:15	Free Time – Enjoy personally or BINGO* !!!*
13:30	*Lunch*
15:00	Nepal AOTS Program(Lottery)
16:15	*Sayonara Tea.*
16:30	Departure from Nagarkot to Kathmandu
18:00	Arrive at Kathmandu
N.B: Soft and Hard Drinks available at Cash Bar Counter of the Tea House at subsidized rate. OR You may bring your own Wine and Hard drinks as well.

We request you to confirm your participation as soon as possible.

As you know one of the attractions of the year end BO-NEN-KAI get together party is the Door Prize contributed by our members in person or from their organization. This year also we request you for your kind contribution of your products, services or any gift items for the Door Prize.
